Creating a Broadcast

1. Navigate to Broadcasts in the dashboard.
2. Select your Target Audience (e.g., "All Customers", "Customers with no orders", or a custom segment).
3. Message Content: Draft your message. You can include images or product links.
4. Schedule: Send immediately or pick a future date and time.

Preventing Spam Bans

WhatsApp has strict anti-spam rules. To keep your account safe:

• Only message opted-in customers: Make sure they expect to hear from you.
• Don't over-send: Limit broadcasts to once or twice a week.
• Use Personalization: Use variables like {{customer_name}} to make messages feel unique.
