📖 How to do it (simple)

  1. Open the Inbox.
  2. Click a customer's name.
  3. Read their message.
  4. Reply kindly.

💡 Our tips to sell more

  • Be fast: customers love instant replies.
  • Send links: if a customer asks for a price, send the product link.
  • Confirm everything: ask for the address and phone number to avoid mistakes.

⚠️ The 24-hour rule

WhatsApp only lets you reply if the customer messaged you less than 24 hours ago.

  • If it's been longer, you can't write again (unless the customer sends a new message).

❌ If it's not working

  • Check that your internet is working.
  • Check that the customer hasn't blocked your number.
