📖 How to do it (simple)
- Open the Inbox.
- Click a customer's name.
- Read their message.
- Reply kindly.
💡 Our tips to sell more
- Be fast: customers love instant replies.
- Send links: if a customer asks for a price, send the product link.
- Confirm everything: ask for the address and phone number to avoid mistakes.
⚠️ The 24-hour rule
WhatsApp only lets you reply if the customer messaged you less than 24 hours ago.
- If it's been longer, you can't write again (unless the customer sends a new message).
❌ If it's not working
- Check that your internet is working.
- Check that the customer hasn't blocked your number.
