Chatbot & Automation Setup
The Cartva Chatbot is designed to handle common customer inquiries automatically, saving you time and ensuring your customers get instant answers 24/7.
How it Works
The Chatbot monitors incoming WhatsApp messages for specific Keywords. When a match is found, it instantly sends the pre-configured reply.
Setting Up Your First Flow
- Go to Chatbot in your admin dashboard.
- Click Create New Rule.
- Keyword: Enter the word or phrase that triggers the bot (e.g., "Price", "Delivery", "Address").
- Response: Type the message you want the bot to send back.
- Status: Ensure the rule is toggled to "Active".
Advanced Automation
- Order Status Bot: Automatically replies with the current status of an order when a customer sends their Order ID.
- Welcome Message: Sends a greeting to every new customer who messages your shop for the first time.
- Product Catalog Bot: Sends a link to your full product list when a customer asks "What do you sell?".
