Chatbot & Automation Setup

The Cartva Chatbot is designed to handle common customer inquiries automatically, saving you time and ensuring your customers get instant answers 24/7.

How it Works

The Chatbot monitors incoming WhatsApp messages for specific Keywords. When a match is found, it instantly sends the pre-configured reply.

Setting Up Your First Flow

  1. Go to Chatbot in your admin dashboard.
  2. Click Create New Rule.
  3. Keyword: Enter the word or phrase that triggers the bot (e.g., "Price", "Delivery", "Address").
  4. Response: Type the message you want the bot to send back.
  5. Status: Ensure the rule is toggled to "Active".

Advanced Automation

  • Order Status Bot: Automatically replies with the current status of an order when a customer sends their Order ID.
  • Welcome Message: Sends a greeting to every new customer who messages your shop for the first time.
  • Product Catalog Bot: Sends a link to your full product list when a customer asks "What do you sell?".
