Shipping Zones & Rates

You can customize your delivery logic by defining Shipping Zones (regions) and assigning specific Rates (prices) to each.

Fulfillment Methods

Cartva supports three main ways to get products to customers:

1. In-Store Pickup: Customers collect their orders at your physical location (usually Free).
2. Standard Delivery: Shipping via a third-party courier.
3. Home Delivery: Direct delivery within your local coverage area.

Configuring Zones

1. Go to Settings > Delivery.
2. Click Add Zone. Give it a name (e.g., "Metropolitan Area").
3. Add Rates: Define the price and estimated delivery time (e.g., "Express: 150 HTG, 24 Hours").

Free Delivery Thresholds

You can offer free shipping to encourage larger purchases. For example, you can set a rate to "0 HTG" but only apply it if the order total is above "5,000 HTG".
