Order Pipeline Lifecycle

In Cartva, orders follow a structured pipeline to help your team fulfill them efficiently. Each stage corresponds to a step in your business process.

The 5 Stages of an Order

1. Pending: New orders that haven't been reviewed yet.
2. Preparing: You are currently packing or manufacturing the products.
3. Ready: The package is ready for pickup or has been handed to the courier.
4. Shipped / In Transit: The customer is on their way to receive the item.
5. Completed: The customer has received the products and the transaction is closed.

Bulk Actions

You can select multiple orders in the Orders list and update their status at once (e.g., mark 10 orders as "Shipped" after your daily courier pickup).

Order Archiving

Cartva can automatically archive orders once they are marked as Paid and Completed, keeping your active order list focused on what's important.
