Orders Overview

Orders are the heart of your store. Use the Orders module to confirm, prepare, ship, and complete each order.

In 1 minute (Beginner)

1. A customer places an order
2. You confirm the details (address + payment)
3. You prepare the package
4. You deliver or ship
5. You mark it completed

Recommended order process

1. Open Orders
2. Check Pending orders
3. Contact the customer if something is missing (address or payment proof)
4. Update the status as the order progresses

Common issues

• Orders are unpaid: check the payment method and proof of payment
• Stock problems: update inventory and avoid overselling
