Data Management

Data tools help you move information in and out of the platform — useful for backups, accounting, and bulk updates.

In 1 minute (Beginner)

• Open Settings > Data
• Export orders, customers, or products to CSV
• Import products in bulk with a template

Step 1 — Open data settings

Go to Settings > Data (or Import/Export) to access data management tools.

Step 2 — Export orders or customers

Click Export, choose the data type (orders, customers, products), and download the CSV file.

Step 3 — Import products in bulk

Download the import template, fill it with your product data, then upload it to add many products at once.

Tips

• Export regularly to keep your own backup of orders and customers.
• When importing, keep the template's column names unchanged.
