Staff Roles & Permissions

As your business grows, you'll need to add collaborators to handle orders or product updates — without giving everyone full access.

In 1 minute (Beginner)

  • Open Settings > Staff
  • Invite a team member by email
  • Choose a role and permissions
  • Save — they get an invite email

Step 1 — Open staff settings

Open Settings > Staff to see all current team members and their roles.

Step 2 — Invite a team member

Click Invite, enter the team member's email, and choose their role: Manager or Staff.

Step 3 — Set custom permissions

Toggle individual permissions (view analytics, delete products, process refunds) for fine-grained access control.

Step 4 — Save and notify

Click Save. The team member receives an email invitation to join the dashboard.

Tips

  • Give each person only the access they need — never share one login.
  • Reserve Manager for trusted staff; use Staff for day-to-day order handling.
