Shop Details

Shop details control how your store is shown to customers and how orders are processed.

• Open Settings > Shop Details
• Set your store name and currency
• Add your contact info
• Save

Step 1 — Open shop details

Go to Settings and click Shop Details to review your basic store information.

Step 2 — Store name and currency

Enter your business name and choose the correct Currency (e.g., HTG). Set this before your first sale, as it affects every price.

Step 3 — Contact information

Enter your phone number and email so they appear consistently on your storefront and WhatsApp profile.

Step 4 — Save

Click Save. Changes take effect immediately across your public storefront.

Tips

• Pick the right currency before launch — changing it later can confuse past orders.
• Use a phone number customers can actually reach on WhatsApp.
