🚀 Getting Started: your first store

Welcome to Cartva! In just a few minutes, your store is online and ready to sell — on the web and on WhatsApp.

• Create your store by answering a few questions
• Add your products
• Choose how to get paid (MonCash, PayPal, cash on delivery…)
• Share your store link 🎉

Step 1 — Create your store

When you sign up, Cartva asks you a few questions:

1. Business type: pick your industry (Food, Grocery, Beauty, Travel, Retail, Gifts).
2. Store name: this is used to build your store's address (minimum 3 characters).
3. Payment methods: check the ones you want (Bank transfer, Cash on delivery, MonCash, NatCash, PayPal…). You can change them later.
4. Plan: start with the $1 for 3 months offer.

Step 2 — Explore your dashboard

After signing up, you land on the Dashboard, with the menu on the left:

• Dashboard — an overview of your business
• Orders — all your sales
• Products — your items, categories, collections and discounts
• Customers — your customer book
• Analytics — your statistics
• Chat — your WhatsApp inbox (Inbox, Broadcasts, Chatbot)
• Settings and Integrations

A "setup guide" card shows you the next steps.

Step 3 — Add your first product

Go to Products, click New product, set a name, a price and a photo, then Save. (See the guide "Products: Add an item".)

Step 4 — Share your store

Your store is available at an address like .../store/your-store. Share this link on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram and start selling!
