Payments: Enable a Payment Method (step by step)

Goal

Have at least 1 active payment method so checkout is never blocked.

In 1 minute (beginner)

• Settings > Payments
• Enable MonCash or cash on delivery
• Save
• Place a test order

Step 1 — Open Payments

Open Settings in the left menu, then click Payments.

Step 2 — Enable a payment method

Enable MonCash (automatic or manual) or Cash on delivery. At least one method must be active.

Step 3 — Save

Click Save so the payment method appears at your store's checkout.

Step 4 — Place a test order

Place a real test order on your store to confirm the payment works end to end.

Troubleshooting

• No payment at checkout: make sure at least one method is enabled and saved.
