🏷️ Add a product

Here is how to put an item up for sale, step by step.

In 1 minute (beginner)

• Products → New product
• Set a Name, a Price and a photo
• Click Save ✅

Step 1 — Open the form

In the left menu, go to Products, then click New product (button at the top right).

Step 2 — Basic information

• Name (required): the name shown to customers.
• Type: choose Physical, Digital or Service.
  • Physical: an item to ship (SKU and Weight fields available).
  • Digital: a downloadable file (PDF, ZIP…) or an external URL.
  • Service: a service, with Duration (min) and Location / Link.
• Category: attach the product to a category so customers can find it.

Step 3 — Pricing

• Price (required): the amount the customer pays.
• Compare-at price (optional): a crossed-out former price to show a discount. It must be higher than the selling price.

Step 4 — Description and images

• Description: describe your product to make people want to buy.
• Images: drag and drop your photos into the upload zone (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF — max 5 MB each). You can add several; the first one is the main photo.

Step 5 — Availability and inventory

In the right column:

• Visible: turn on so the product appears in the store.
• Mark as sold out: hide purchase without deleting the product.
• Publish to marketplace: makes the product visible on the Discover page.
• Track quantity (physical products): turn it on to manage stock, then enter the quantity.
• Tags: add keywords for sorting and search.

Step 6 — Save

Click Save (top right). Your product is now online! 🎉

Common issues

• "Product name is required": fill in the Name field.
• "Price is required": enter a price greater than 0.
• My product doesn't appear in the store: check that Visible is turned on.
