✏️ Edit a product

Need to change a price, a photo or the stock? Here is how to update an existing product.

In 1 minute (beginner)

• Products → click the product
• Change whatever you need
• Save ✅

Step 1 — Open the product

Go to Products and click the product you want to edit in the list. The form opens with all the information already filled in.

Step 2 — Edit the information

You can change:

• the Name and the Category
• the Price and the Compare-at price (for a discount)
• the Description
• the Images: remove some with the ✕ button, or add new ones
• availability (Visible, Mark as sold out) and Publish to marketplace
• the inventory if stock tracking is on (adjust the quantity)
• the Tags

💡 The product Type (Physical / Digital / Service) cannot be changed after creation. To change the type, create a new product.

Step 3 — View the product online

At the top of the page, a View on store button opens the product's public page. You can also copy the link to share it.

Step 4 — Save

Click Save. Your changes apply to the store immediately.

Good to know

• To temporarily remove a product from sale, turn off Visible instead of deleting it.
• Keeping the stock updated prevents selling an out-of-stock item.
