Workflow Automations

Workflows remove repetitive tasks and help your team move faster. Set them once and let them run on every order.

In 1 minute (Beginner)

• Open Settings > Workflow
• Enable one automation
• Add a WhatsApp confirmation
• Save and watch your next order

Step 1 — Open workflow settings

Go to Settings > Workflow (or Automations) to see all available toggles.

Step 2 — Enable one automation

Start with Auto-Confirm Orders or Staff Notifications. Enable it, then place a test order to verify.

Step 3 — Add WhatsApp confirmation

Turn on WhatsApp Order Confirmation to automatically message customers the moment they purchase.

Step 4 — Save and monitor

Click Save. Check the Orders list after your next real order to confirm the automations are working.

Tips

• Enable one automation at a time so you can tell what changed.
• Auto-confirm is great for fast-moving shops, but keep manual review for high-value orders.
