Analytics: Read the Numbers

Goal

Know whether the store is growing and spot what's blocking sales.

In 1 minute (beginner)

• Open Analytics
• Compare sales and orders with the previous period
• Check your traffic (visitors and views)
• Look at the conversion rate

Step 1 — Open Analytics

Click Analytics in the left menu to access all your performance reports.

Step 2 — Sales and orders

Look at Sales and the number of Orders for the period. Compare with the previous week to see the trend.

Step 3 — Traffic

Check the number of Visitors and Views. Few visits? Share your store link more on WhatsApp and social media.

Step 4 — Conversion

If you have lots of visits but few sales, simplify the checkout and improve your product photos and descriptions.

What to do if the numbers drop

• Fewer visitors: re-engage your customers and share new products.
• Visits but no sales: check prices, delivery fees, and how fast the checkout is.
