Some features may be available only on certain plans. Your membership decides what's unlocked across the dashboard.

In 1 minute (Beginner)

• Open Settings > Billing
• Check your plan and what's included
• Review your usage limits
• Upgrade if a feature is locked

Step 1 — Open billing

Go to Settings > Billing to see your current plan and included features.

Step 2 — Check your usage limits

Review limits like number of stores, team members, or monthly orders to know if you're approaching the cap.

Step 3 — Upgrade if needed

If a feature is locked or you've hit a limit, click Upgrade to move to a higher plan.

Tips

• Locked features show a padlock icon — hover to see which plan unlocks them.
• Upgrade just before a busy season to get the limits you'll need.
