Fulfilling and syncing dropship orders

Orders are sent to CJ automatically

When an order is confirmed, Cartva automatically sends its CJ items to CJ Dropshipping with the customer's shipping address. You don't paste anything by hand.

  • Cartva chooses a shipping method (the cheapest available) and records the shipping cost.
  • Once CJ ships, the tracking number and carrier are saved on the order, and your customer can be notified on WhatsApp.

Keep a balance in your CJ account

Cartva sends the order to CJ, but CJ charges the product and shipping cost from your CJ account balance. Top up your CJ wallet so orders aren't held up.

Stock and price sync

  • Imported products stay in sync with CJ. When CJ stock changes, Cartva updates it; a product that hits 0 in stock is hidden automatically and comes back when stock returns.
  • If a CJ cost changes, Cartva updates the cost — your selling price is never changed for you.
  • To refresh on demand, open Integrations → CJ Dropshipping and click Sync inventory now.

If an order doesn't go through

  • Confirm CJ is still Connected on the Integrations page.
  • Make sure your plan is active and your CJ balance is enough.
  • Re-confirm the order to trigger the send again.
