Checkout Customization
A fast and simple checkout leads to more sales. Every extra field is a reason for a customer to give up — keep it short.
In 1 minute (Beginner)
- Open Settings > Checkout
- Turn on Guest Checkout
- Keep only the required fields
- Add your store policies
Step 1 — Open checkout settings
Open Settings > Checkout to access all checkout field and policy settings.
Step 2 — Enable guest checkout
Toggle Guest Checkout on so customers can buy without creating an account — this reduces friction and increases conversions.
Step 3 — Set required fields
Choose which fields are required. In Haiti, a phone number is usually more useful than an email address.
Step 4 — Add store policies
Paste your Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy to build trust with new customers.
Tips
- Ask only for what you truly need to fulfill the order.
- Test the full checkout yourself on a phone before launch.
