Tracking Pixels Setup

Tracking pixels help you measure sales and run better ads by telling each platform what customers do on your store.

In 1 minute (Beginner)

  • Copy your Pixel / Measurement ID
  • Open Settings > Integrations
  • Paste the ID and save
  • Test with a storefront visit

Step 1 — Get your Pixel ID

Log into your ad platform (Meta, TikTok, Google) and copy your Pixel ID or Measurement ID.

Step 2 — Open integrations

Go to Settings > Integrations (or SEO / Tracking) in your Cartva dashboard.

Step 3 — Paste the ID and save

Paste your Pixel ID into the correct field and click Save. Don't install the same pixel twice.

Step 4 — Test with a storefront visit

Open your storefront and place a test order. Check the provider's real-time events to confirm tracking works.

Tips

  • Install GA4 first, then add advertising pixels once it's working.
  • Use each platform's "Test events" or "Real-time" view to confirm setup.
