Payments: Confirmations & Proof

Cartva supports automated online payments (verified automatically) and manual payments (verified by your team). Knowing which is which keeps your money safe.

• Open the order
• Check the payment status
• For manual payments, verify the proof
• Mark as Paid only when confirmed

Step 1 — Open the order

Go to Orders and click the order you need to confirm payment for.

Step 2 — Check the payment status

Automated payments (e.g., MonCash API, Stripe) are verified for you and show as Paid automatically.

Step 3 — Verify manual payments

For manual methods, ask the customer for a screenshot or confirmation, check that the amount and reference match, then mark the order Paid.

Step 4 — Confirm and proceed

Once payment is confirmed, move the order through preparation and delivery.

Important

• Never mark an order Paid until you've actually seen the money in your account or phone.
• For cash on delivery, mark it paid only after the courier hands you the cash.
